The object of the Complaint is to quiet title and extinguish the Defendants’ oil and gas rights, if any, in the following described real estate:

Situate in the Township of Jackson, County of Monroe, and State of Ohio and being a part of the northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 2N, Range 4W of the “Old Seven Ranges Survey” and being more particularly described as follows:

The Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission will cause an election of Supervisors of the Monroe Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) to be held in accordance with Chapter 940 of the Ohio Revised Code. Individuals who own or occupy land within the Monroe Soil and Water Conservation District and are 18 years of age or older may vote for Supervisor.

There are 2 ways an eligible voter can cast a ballot:
