Henning, Ellen Watson Henning, Katherin Henning, and Donald Henning, address unknown, along with their unknown heirs, successors, devisees, executors, administrators, relicts, next of kin, and assigns, if any, whose identities and addresses are also unknown; you are hereby notified that you have been named as a defendant in a legal action entitled Kodiak Resources, LLC v. Frank E. Henning, et al. This action has been assigned case number 2020-073 and is pending before Judge John G. Haas in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Ohio at 101 N. Main St., Woodsfield, OH 43793.
The object of Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint, insofar as their claims are addressed to you, is to obtain court declarations regarding the validity and/or interpretation of certain reservations and/or conveyances of oil and gas rights in the chain of title to the Property described as 124.27 acres, more or less, located in Salem Township, Monroe County, Ohio, currently assessed as all or part of Tax Parcel Nos. 180190120000; and to 180190130000; and to obtain a court order quieting title to certain oil and gas rights in the Property in the name of the Plaintiff.
You are required to answer the First Amended Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made Sept. 30, 2021 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
If you fail to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment will be entered granting the relief requested in the Complaint.

Three new wells will each produce into their own sand trap and then enter their own Gas Processing Unit (GPU), each of which includes a 2.0 MMBtu/hr burner. The separated gas is sent to the dehydration unit, rated at 93 MMscfd and sold via pipeline. The dehydrator is equipped with a reboiler, rated at 1.0 MMBtu/hr and routed to the produced water tanks. The remaining water is sent to the produced water storage tanks. The enclosed combustor captures vapors from the produced water storage tanks and dehydrator.
The site includes three (3) 500-bbl produced water storage tanks. The site also have an emergency natural gas generator rated at 3,964 cf/day for power. A 400-bbl utility tank will be located on-site for the sand traps to dump to. There will be one unpaved haul road.
