You are hereby notified that you have been named as Defendants in a legal action entitled Donald Yonley, et al., vs. Samuel Mehrley, et al., Defendants. This action has been assigned Case Number 2018-471 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.

The object of the Complaint is to quiet title and extinguish the Defendants’ oil and gas rights in the following described real estate:

SITUATED IN THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON IN THE COUNTY OF MONROE AND STATE OF OHIO AND BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

Tract 1: In the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 1, of Range 4 containing forty acres. Also the north part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter commencing for the same at the southwest corner of the first described tract; thence south with N.P. Haught’s line six rods to the top of a steep bank; thence with meanderings of said bank south 76° east two rods; thence south 67° east twenty-four rods; thence south 45° east twenty-six rods; thence south 53° east eighteen rods to E.D.
