May Bierie, Paul E. Bierie, Nora Pool, Milton Pool, Samantha Monohen, Walter Pool, Frances Pool, and Edgar Baker, and/or their heirs, devisees, successors, and assigns (hereinafter the “Holders”) in the above-referenced matter, whose residences and addresses are unknown, shall take notice that on the 15th day of June, 2018, Richard M. quarter of 2018. The facility currently has no general permits (GP) and is applying for a 

GP5.1 for paved and unpaved roadways and parking areas. Wells will be permitted 

(through DNR) and drilled after which time Statoil will apply for a GP12.1 for oil and 

gas well-site production operations.

OF BID

Separate sealed BIDS for the paving of Washington Street from SR 145 to SR 145 will be received by the Village of Beallsville at the Town Council Building on Ohio Avenue until 6:00 pm Daylight Savings Time on July 2, 2018. The BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud at this location of the same date.

The BID DOCUMENTS may be obtained from Roxby Engineering or Stacy Otto, Village Clerk.

Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashiers check in the amount of not less than 10 percent of the Bid amount.

Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used.

All Contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor’s compliance with the equal opportunity requirements of Ohio Administration Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972 and 84-9 shall be required.

The Monroe County Junior Fair Livestock Sale Committee is accepting bids for the construction of restrooms inside the Show Barn at the Monroe County Fairgrounds. Specifications for the project may be obtained by contacting OSU Extension, 101 North Main Street, Monroe County Courthouse, Room 17, Woodsfield, OH 43793. 

Sealed bids will be received until 4 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018. Construction of the restrooms must be completed by August 1, 2018. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 7:00 p.m. on July 3, 2018 at the Senior Fairboard office at the fairgrounds.

NOTICE

Dominion Energy Transmission, Inc. is proposing to construct, on the existing compressor station property, a new microwave communications tower at 39-50-03.1N, 80-52-15.1W, Clarington, Monroe County, Ohio. The new tower will be a self-supporting steel lattice tower 400 feet in height with a 4-foot lightning rod. The footprint of the tower will be a 50 X 75 foot facility to house the tower and equipment shelter. The proposed tower will be equipped with FAA lighting style Type E. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1105558. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
