Malinda L. Henthorn, 88, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025, at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. She was born in Monroe County, Ohio, January 29, 1936, a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Riser Hoff.
 Malinda ran Malinda’s Poodle Parlor out of her home for many years.
 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Henthorn May 6, 2020, and a great-granddaughter Remi.
 She is survived by her two sons: Mark (Jennifer) Henthorn of Woodsfield, and Kevin (Tina) Henthorn of La Grange, Ohio, grandchildren Brittany Henthorn of Barnesville, Ohio, and Michael Henthorn of Akron, Ohio, and two great-grandchildren Caydence McBride and Aurora McBride of Barnesville and stepbrother Charles Hoff of Clarington, Ohio.
 Friends will be received from 4 – 6 p.m. Saturday January 11 and from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield, with Rev. David Cottrell officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery Woodsfield.
