Margaret Elizabeth Dulaney Hartman, 92, passed away peacefully in the quiet hours of the morning on Jan. 31, 2022.

She was born on Aug. 17, 1929, to the late Arthur Dulaney and Golda Howell Dulaney and was raised by her aunt, Catherine Cecil Dulaney, who she called “Mother.”

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022, at the Hannibal United Methodist Church, with a graveside service following at Emma Grove Cemetery in Hannibal. Former pastor, Rev. Bill Hibbs, will officiate.

A reception will be held at the church following services.
