From bees to trees and soil to oil - Natural Resources are important!

“Do you ever get stung?” students asked Michael Kubik, of the Ohio State Beekeepers Association.

Encased in his tent, Kubik gently pulled out a honeycomb lined with bees searching for the queen. 

Fifth graders from Powhatan Elementary and St. Sylvester Catholic School looked on in awe at the ease with which Kubik dealt with his bees.

He admitted he gets stung from time to time, usually on his hands.
