Jennylinde Sue Crum

Jennylinde Sue Crum, 62, of Woodsfield, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College, Pennsylvania.

She was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on March 7, 1958, a daughter of the late James Perry Jr. and G. Sue Whiteside Westfall.

She was a retired bus driver for the Centre Area Transportation Authority, State College, Pennsylvania, and was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Miltonsburg. She was a collegiate swimmer at the Rio Grande College and also at Ohio University. Jenny was also a needle artisan, receiving awards at the Ohio State Fair, Columbus, and county fair awards in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Her hobbies were playing cards and watching her grandson play hockey.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Crystal Crum.

Surviving are her husband, Robert P. Crum, whom she married October 15, 1977; one daughter, Jessicalind Stella (Jonathon) Ah Kit of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; one son, Paul Hobert Crum of State College, Pennsylvania; one brother, Brian Westfall; four sisters, Vicky (Tom) Amburn, Judy (Dave) Moore, Barbara (David) Toole, Edith (Daniel) Westfall; a grandson, Landen Crum; her mother-in-law, Stella Crum of Woodsfield.

Abiding with the State of Ohio recommendations for social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, a private Mass of Christian Burial for family only will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2020, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Miltonsburg, with Fr. Timothy Davison as the celebrant.

Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery, near Lewisville.

A public memorial Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2020, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Miltonsburg.
