Micheal Todd Brown, was born on Sept. 7, 1966, in Barnesville. He was the first son of Glenn Brown and Renee Hannahs Brown. He grew up in a loving home in Woodsfield with two siblings.

Upon graduating high school he joined the United States Army serving his country with pride. Although he was a Buckeye through and through, he fell in love with an Oklahoma girl or two and was blessed with three children whom he considered his world. Mike enjoyed 25-plus years on the road as a long-haul truck driver while raising his children with love, patience, and a sense of humor. When he was not on the road, he was by one of their sides supporting Paige, as she became a wife and mother then pursued her nursing career; Dylan, as he sought after his dreams in theatre and attended college to reach his goals; and Garrison, as he found the woman he loves and was preparing to begin a family of his own. Mike was an amazing father, grandfather, and, who knew he would become such a fan of theatre? We knew. As his family grew, he conformed for each of them becoming whatever it was that they needed him to be.

Except for his team… no matter how much love he found in Oklahoma…he was a Buckeye (was that mentioned?) He loved a good game of Texas Hold ‘em and sitting around any card table with friends or family. Our beloved trucker arrived at his final rest stop on July 25, 2022, with his three children by his side. He will be missed dearly by those who love him and we hope he enjoys those highways in the sky.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Brown, of Woodsfield; his grandparents, Doy and Nettie Brown, of Woodsfield; his grandparents, Jack and Dorthy Hannahs, of Barnesville.

Mike is survived by his three children, Paige (Brian) Stoddard, of Richardson, Texas, Dylan Brown, of Marietta, Garrison (Destiny) Brown, of Lawton, Oklahoma; his mother, Renee Brown, of Woodsfield; his brother, David Brown, of Columbus; his sister, Lisa (Brad) Button, of Woodsfield; his grandchild, Colin Stoddard, of Richardson, Texas and a grandchild on the way Baby Brown, of Lawton, Oklahoma; and a host of nieces and nephews.
