Patricia “Pat” Anna Gaydosik, 84, of Summerfield, passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022, at her home.
She was born at Zanesville, on March 8, 1938, a daughter of the late Clemence “Tip” Dimmerling and Marie Agnes Hill Dimmerling.
Pat was a former employee of March Electric of Cambridge, and was a retired laborer at the former Ormet Corp., Hannibal, and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Carlisle, where she was also a member of the Catholic Womens Club.
She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, baking, going to bingo and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Gaydosik; and a brother, Donald Dimmerling.
Surviving are one daughter, Tacy (Budd) Rich, of Sarahsville; two sons, Fr. David Gaydosik, of Marietta, and Robert (Connie) Gaydosik, of Summerfield; three sisters, Rose Marie Schockling, of Caldwell, Donna Jean Hill, of Quaker City, and Margaret McCort, of Logan; two brothers, Richard Dimmerling, of Sarahsville, and Charles (Kathy) Dimmerling, of Lewisville; a sister in law, Deanna Dimmerling, of Woodsfield; four grandchildren, Whitney (Travis) Snyder, Justin (Ashley) Rich, Jacob Rich, and Haleigh Rich; and one great grandson, Carlyle Snyder.
Friends were received Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2022, at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Carlisle, with Bishop Jeffrey Monforte as the celebrant.
Burial followed in the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Carlisle.
Vigil services were held Tuesday Aug. 30, 2022, at the funeral home.
