Shirley J. Moore, 82, of New Matamoras, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020, at Stellar Care Center in Woodsfield.

She was born on Feb. 24, 1938, in Fly, to the late Earl H. and Eloise Rosenlieb Ritchie.

Shirley graduated from River High School in 1956. She was a member of the Gravel Hill Baptist Church.

On Aug. 4, 1957, she married Dewey J. Moore and he survives with two daughters, Tammy Kenney (Francis Gene), of Newport, and Trina Jackson (Randy), of Newport; one granddaughter, Alanna Heiney (Cody) and one grandson, Adam Kenney (Taylor); two great-grandchildren, Kaylen and Kendall Heiney; two brothers, Earl Gary Ritchie and Darrel Ritchie; three sisters, Peggy Ritchie, Sharon Schulze and Marilyn Sawyer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Kay Ritchie.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at Gravel Hill Cemetery in Fly, with Rev. Dave Michael officiating.
