Shirley Jean Lashley, age 71, of Clarington, passed away Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022, at her home.

She was born Aug. 7, 1951, in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Edward Dale and Ann Marie Sheba Schuster.

She was a homemaker, liked to bowl and a member of the Hannibal United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Gary E. Lashley and a brother, Edward Dale Schuster Jr.

Survivors include three children, Tammy Lashley of Clarington, Gary “Vance” (Cyndi) Lashley ,of Battleground, Indiana, and Heather (Dee) Lashley of Wheeling, West Virginia; five grandchildren, Cory (Elizabeth) Lashley, Codey Baters, Kyle (Bree) Lashley, Justin (Rachel) Cecil and Kacy Cecil; a great-grandson, Caden Lashley; two sisters, Maryann Swegard, of Powhatan Point, and Janet (Lee) Hinkle, of Carnegie, Pennsylvania; special friend, John Blattler; and beloved dog, Sparky.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
